PIDRIN 41

Pidrin 41 is our best wine selected from our best vineyards and grapes.

The colour is the typical Nebbiolo colour , light granet red. Vibrant olfactory sensations of red roses and macerated flowers, preserved red fruits like plums, ferrous nuances and sweet cocoa.

In the mouth it is dynamic, passing from an initial soft sensation to a mineral and balsamic evolution and ending with a juicy and elegant tannic texture that improves and extends the tasting persistence.

SPINA

The fundamental importance of the family, the influence it exerts on each person. The bubbles of the sparkling wine Spina are dedicated to all of those people who do something in the company of someone else.

It has a pale straw yellow colour with a delicate foam with fine bubbles which make it elegant. It is reminiscent of white flowers with a nuance of yellow fruits like peaches and apricots.

It pairs well with local salami and raw food in general. Excellent as an aperitif for all occasions and celebrations

LA CURA

The Cura white wine is the challenge of the Cerutti family. It is created to break down the boundaries of tradition, a true balance between mind, perception and heart, where Mattia will be our diligent guardian.

Its intense straw yellow colour reveals to the nose interesting citrus notes and hints of jasmine. It amazes the palate with its fullness, crispness, dryness and minerality. It is persistent with a coherent return of olfactory sensations.


Excellent as an aperitif. It pairs well with starters of raw fish, such as shellfish. It can also be paired with grilled fish dishes or white meat for main courses and dry pastries.

Mulier

Mulier is the Latin word for woman, wife, bride and, if you want to expand its meaning, mother, partner, female.
Our rosé has the energy of life, the roots and shoots that tend to the future; a great hug to the hearts of our family: Marco’s mother Piera, his wife Monica and his daughter Melissa.

Beautiful rosé colour with copper nuances. Nice olfactive intensity and complexity, floral and citrus notes, fresh wild strawberries, redcurrant and raspberries. The taste is rich with a fine mineral sapidity, well supported by a fresh acidity and a full body extract; elegant and rich final taste with long persistence.

Talunit

Talunit is the genius loci of these hills.

It’s the expression of a strong and brave spirit, the magic of a wine that becomes nectar. Ruby clear colour with light and brilliant red granet nuances.

Intense nose of fresh red fruit from the forest, wild strawberries, redcurrant; well balanced in the mouth with a typical sapid minerality well supported by a fresh and pleasant acidity, with a precise and sharp tannic side.
